We want you to love your hand-made California apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all sale items and vintage collections are final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 7-10 business days.
